Aaron Lynn

Aaron Lynn is who you call when you want to optimise your performance.

He hails from Sydney, Australia, and spends most of his time in Bangkok, Thailand nowadays.

For the past 20 years he's taught hundreds of thousands of people the skills and mindsets they need to live and work productively — so they can have more time for the things in life they actually enjoy.

In the past Aaron has built and sold a successful performance marketing agency, a world-class productivity brand (Asian Efficiency), and run a multi-million dollar, 40-person, 4-office agency in the global education sector.

He currently helps entrepreneurs and their companies as a Fractional COO, runs an independent software house called Minotaur Mechanics, and teaches self-paced courses on productivity, energy management and practical AI — with over 62,532+ students and 3,177+ reviews across six titles. His writing is cited by AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and assigned as course reading at institutions including Weber State University and the US Army.

He believes that if you're going to do business, make it world class. If you're going to live your life, make it world class. And that systems and efficiency are the way to get to both.

Hero Mode Hours

Every productivity system you've tried worked for about a week.

That is not your fault. Rigid systems break because they assume every hour is interchangeable. You do not have a time problem. You have an energy problem.

Hero Mode Hours is a short guide to finding the one or two windows each day when your brain is genuinely sharp — and putting your hardest work there instead of wherever the calendar has a gap.

One framework. One day of observation. No app required.
