I help coaches, consultants and creators who are stuck in the daily grind of running their businesses get free — by professionally improving and managing their teams, projects, systems and tools.
This can take the form of either:
1. Consulting Project
We’ll work on a specific part of your business, be it automation, team communications, project management or SOPs.
This is a once-off discrete project with specific milestones and deliverables.
Prices start at $750 and up.
2. OBM Services
We’ll work together for a minimum of 3 months on an everyday basis.
This is for clients who would like more hands-on support and to step away from daily operations faster.
Prices start at $2,500/month and up.
These services are designed to free you from the day-to-day so that you have the time to work on the real value in the business and do the things that only YOU can — be that working on the vision, making an impact… or taking some time off!
Instead of being overwhelmed, overworked, stressed and exhausted, I believe business owners should be well-rested, not stressed out and not busy with everyday operations because that’s the best space for them to lead with passion, make better decisions and exercise their zone of genius.
Here’s what I can help you with:
- Project Management and Organisation. You pick the projects and I’ll plan, build and execute them so that the team knows exactly what needs to be done, when it needs to be done by and does exactly that. If you need help working out what projects should come first, I can do that too.
- Systems, Apps, Automation and Implementation. I’ll help you find the right systems and tools for your business and set them up to play nicely together. I’ll create efficient, streamlined and trainable business processes and SOPs (standard operating procedures) and combine them into your very own operations manual.
- Team Management and Communications. Having a plan is only 50% of implementation in business. Having the right people to execute it is the other half. I’ll become the “go to” person for the team so that you don’t have to deal with the headaches and bottleneck — and will keep you updated when we have to hire, fire or up-skill people.
- Strategy and Productivity. I’m all about creating better systems and part of that is strategy. I want to help you turn your business into an amazing money-making machine which means more profit, less stress and enabling you to make even more of an impact on the world. I’ll act as your trusted brainstorming partner who you can talk shop with and bounce ideas off. And when you have a brilliant idea — will help you map out a plan to get it implemented in the business.

Systems and operations is kind of my thing.
I completed my formal education at UNSW, which is the top business school in Australia. I specialised in business information systems.
I’ve re-engineered processes and done systems analysis and design for corporate telecommunications, finance and manufacturing companies.
I’ve taught business systems and productivity to entrepreneurs and professionals for the past 15 years.
I’ve also been a business owner and COO and understand the pains of having a growing and successful business. Whether it’s managing digital marketing campaigns, trying to get 30+ staff on the same page or lying in bed at night wondering what the point of it all is, I’ve been there.
I’ve done 6-figure launches, scaled businesses to the 7-figures and managed email lists with over 30,000 subscribers. I have the technical expertise to streamline everything from product funnels to back office systems to automated marketing campaigns.

Discovery Call.
We’ll have an informal 30-minute chat about your top priorities and how I can help.
Step 3
Consulting Project.
I work with all new clients on a discrete consulting project first, so that I can learn about your working style and really understand the business.
This can be a Strategy Call and Action Plan or something specific like creating an Operations Manual.
After this we can find a retainer package that is right for the business and begin!
